The NMPC-640-2 is a flame retardant Nomex cover with a specialized Pitot probe tip insert. A Kevlar sleeved, high temperature silicone rubber Pitot insert protects the probe tip from impact damage. The NMPC cover also has a Nomex board spline that provides support to the probe vane in high wind situations.
